Section 149-9-7 - Appeal of SCDL Program Decisions or Actions7.1. If an applicant is denied SCDL participation or a participant is removed from the SCDL he or she may appeal the decision or action within thirty (30) days and in accordance with the provisions of section four, article five, chapter twenty-nine-a of the West Virginia Code of 1931, as amended.
