Section 12-01-1 - GeneraI1.1Scope - Chapter 6, Article 9A, Section 3 of the West Virginia Code mandates that the West Virginia nursing home licensing advisory council shall promulgate rules by which the time and the place of at! regularly scheduled meetings and the time, place, and purpose of all special meetings are made available in advance, to the public and the news media, except in the event of an emergency requiring immediate official action. 1.2.Authority - This procedural rule is issued under the authority of and is related to Chapter 6, Article 9A, Section 3 of the West Virginia Code. 1.3.Filing Date - This rule was promulgated on the 15th day of May, 1984, and filed on the 14th day of December, 1984, in the Secretary of State's office. 1.4.Effective Date - This rule became effective on the 14th day of January, 1985.
