Section 51-50-0430 - Section 430-Recycled materials

430.1Recyclable materials, compost, and solid waste storage.

Space shall be provided for the storage of recycled materials, compost, and solid waste for all new buildings.

EXCEPTION:

Group R-3 and Group U Occupancies.

The storage area shall be designed to meet the needs of the occupancy, efficiency of pickup, and be available to occupants and haulers.
