Section 495E-122-020 - Notification
(1) Upon receiving a request for services where there is an outstanding debt due to the college from the requesting person, the college shall notify the person by first-class mail addressed to his or her last known mailing address that there is an outstanding debt and that services will not be provided until the debt is satisfied.
(2) The letter of notification shall also state that the person has a right to a brief adjudicative proceeding before the vice-president for finance for the purpose of determining whether the person is so indebted. The proceeding must be requested within twenty days of the date of mailing the notification.
