Section 392-343-425 - Removal from instructional space inventory - Replacement

A school facility shall be removed from the superintendent of public instruction's instructional space inventory after it has been replaced with a school facility accepted by the school district board of directors on a square footage basis through one of the following actions:

(1) The replacement school facility is wholly financed with local funds; or
(2) The replacement school facility is constructed with state funding assistance authorized under the authority of chapter 392-347 WAC.
