Section 391-95-010 - Notice of union security obligation

(1) With respect to union security obligations contained within a collective bargaining agreement negotiated under chapter 28B.52, 41.56, 41.59, 41.76, or 41.80 RCW, this commission's jurisdiction is limited to resolving disputes regarding an employee's right to assert nonassociation.
