Section 388-61A-1120 - What are the kitchen requirements? The following are the minimum general requirements for kitchen facilities:
(1) A sink for washing dishes;(2) A refrigerator or other storage equipment capable of maintaining a consistent temperature of forty five degrees Fahrenheit or lower;(4) Covered garbage container;(5) Eating and cooking utensils that are clean and in good repair; and(6) Counter surfaces that are clean and resistant to moisture.Wash.
