Section 332-20-380 - Sale of grazing and other low priority lands - Information furnished the boardThe department, in addition to the information provided by the applicant, shall also prepare for the board the following information:
(1) Department plans for development of the tract if retained in state ownership.(2) A comparison of anticipated rental returns and appreciation in value and rental income to the trust in comparison with the anticipated economic benefits to the locality in classifying such properties for sale.(3) A written recommendation to the board.Wash.
