Section 326-08-015 - Full adjudicative proceedings

At the office's discretion or a presiding officer's determination that to protect the public interest or if the interest involved in the controversy warrants the use of more formal hearing procedures, the office or presiding officer can convert a brief adjudicative proceeding to a full adjudicative proceeding.
