Section 315-20-040 - Standards of ethical conduct

All persons appearing in proceedings before the commission or the director in a representative capacity shall conform to the standards of ethical conduct required of attorneys before the courts of the state of Washington. If any such person does not conform to such standards, the commission or the director may decline to permit such person to continue to appear in a representative capacity in that proceeding or in any other proceeding before the commission or the director.
