Section 284-44-300 - Purpose and applicability

(1) The purpose of this regulation, WAC 284-44-300 through 284-44-360, is to establish indemnity requirement rules and procedures for the effectuation of RCW 48.44.030 and to aid in the administration thereof.

(2) This regulation applies to every health care service contractor registered pursuant to chapter 48.44 RCW.
