Section 257-10-320 - Does an individual provider or prospective individual provider have the right to appeal being removed from the registry?

The individual provider or prospective individual provider or the consumer/employer, to whom the individual provider is providing services, may request an adjudicative hearing to contest removal from the referral registry, as provided in WAC 257-10-220 and RCW 74.39A.250(1)(e).

A letter will be sent notifying the individual provider or prospective individual provider of being removed from the registry and will include information pertaining to the appeal and hearing process.
