Section 222-46-015 - Enforcement within the CRGNSA special management area

The department shall administer and enforce the forest practices regulations, including the requirement that the CRGNSA guidelines apply to all forest practices in the SMA, in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service and the Columbia River Gorge commission.
