Section 192-220-015 - What is an overpayment assessment?

As used in this chapter and chapter 192-230 WAC, the term "overpayment assessment" includes both unemployment benefits you received for which you were not eligible as well as any penalty assessed under RCW 50.20.070 resulting from fraud.
