Section 183-11-010 - Powers and duties(1) The executive director shall be responsible to the commission for the administration of the commission and its business.(2) The executive director shall act as the chief administrative officer of the commission and is delegated authority over all matters affecting the operation of the commission.(3) The executive director shall report to the chair.(4) In consultation with the chair, the executive director shall appoint such employees as may be appropriate and necessary to the function of the commission and shall set the salary of such employees.(5) The executive director may delegate authority to employees to act for him or her as needed and appropriate.Wash.
