Plans developed under chapter 173-307 WAC must be kept at the facility and made available for review to authorized representatives of the department. The plan is not a public record under the public disclosure laws of the state of Washington contained in chapter 42.17 RCW, unless submitted in lieu of an executive summary as provided for in WAC 173-307-040.
