Section 132K-116-125 - Responsibility of person to whom permit is issuedSection 24.The person to whom a permit is issued pursuant to these regulations shall be responsible for all violations of these rules and regulations involving the vehicle for which the permit was issued and to which it was affixed, provided, however, that such responsibility shall not relieve other persons who violate these rules and regulations.Wash.
