Section R657-9-19 - Waste of Migratory Game Birds(1) A person may not waste or permit to be wasted or spoiled any protected wildlife or any part of them.(2) No person shall kill or cripple any migratory game bird pursuant to this rule without making a reasonable effort to immediately retrieve the bird and include it in that person's daily bag limit.Utah Admin.
