Section R657-3a-11 - Administrative Appeals(1) A person may appeal the division's denial of a certificate of registration, request for species classification, and request for a variance by submitting a request for agency action consistent with Rule R657-2.(2) The request must be made within 30 days after the date of the denial.Utah Admin.
