Section R657-33-28 - Waiting Period(1) Any person who obtains a limited entry permit may not apply for a permit in a division drawing for a period of two years. (2) Individuals who obtain a conservation permit, sportsman permit, control permit, or harvest objective permit for bear are not subject to a waiting period. Utah Admin. Code R657-33-28
