Section R657-33-22 - Waste of Wildlife(1) A person may not waste or permit to be wasted or spoiled any protected wildlife or their parts in accordance with Section 23-20-8.(2) The skinned carcass of a bear may be left in the field and does not constitute waste of wildlife.Utah Admin.
