Section R657-10-17 - Donating(1) A person may donate protected wildlife or their parts to another person as provided in Section 23-20-9.(2) A green pelt of any cougar donated to another person must have a permanent possession tag affixed.(3) The written statement of donation must be retained with the pelt.Utah Admin.
