Section R432-1-10 - Visitation Policies(1) A licensee shall post visitation policies and procedures on the facility website.(2) A licensee shall submit the visitation policies and procedures to the department with content compliant with Section 26B-2-242.(3) The department enforces the requirements of Section 26B-2-242 and accepts concerns regarding compliance with any licensing requirement on the Division of Licensing and Background Processing website: www.dlbc.utah.gov.Utah Admin.
