Section R270-1-9 - Emergency Reparations Awards

(1)

(a) Pursuant to Section 63M-7-522, the office may make emergency reparations awards up to $1,000.

(b) No time limit is required for filing an emergency reparations claim.

(2) Processing of emergency reparations claims is three to five days.
