Section R156-68-803 - Medical Records

Under Subsection 58-68-803(1), medical records shall be maintained in accordance with:

(1) applicable laws, regulations, and rules; and

(2) the AMA Code of Medical Ethics as incorporated by reference in Subsection R156-68-502(13).
