Section R82-9-102 - Definitions(1) For purposes of Subsection 32B-9-303(2)(a), "Conducting" means managing, controlling, hosting, or directing an event. An applicant may be deemed to be conducting the event if there is a contract in which the applicant has been designated as the agent for the event's alcoholic beverage service.Utah Admin.
