Section R68-8-3 - Weed Seeds(1) The department shall quarantine any lots of seeds that contain prohibited or restricted weed seeds in violation of this rule.(2) The seed lot may be: (a) recleaned with the approval of the department and, if found to be free from noxious weed seeds, released for sale or distribution;(b) shipped to another state where that weed seed is not noxious;(c) processed in a manner as to destroy the viability of the weed seeds; or(d) disposed of in a manner approved by the department.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2023-13, effective 6/22/2023
