Section R68-4-6 - Duty of Inspector(1) When an agricultural inspector finds any lot of fruits or vegetables being offered for sale which fails to meet the requirements of this rule, the inspector shall serve notice on the owner or person, who has the lot of fruits or vegetables, that these rules have been violated and that the produce in question cannot be marketed or sold unless officially released by the inspector.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-16, effective 8/1/2022
