Section 215.180 - Required Notices to Lessees

Vehicle lessors and vehicle lease facilitators shall provide notice of the complaint procedures provided by Occupations Code, § 2301.204 and Subchapter M (relating to Warranties: Rights of Vehicle Owners), to each lessee of a new motor vehicle with whom they enter into a vehicle lease.
