Section 141.101 - Issuance of Subpoenas(a) A parole panel may issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses and the production of records, books, papers, and documents as deemed necessary for the investigation of the case of any person before a parole panel or designee of the Board.(b) Subpoenas may be issued following the completion of an application prescribed by the Board.(c) Subpoenas may be signed and oath administered by any member of the Board.37 Tex.
