Section 356.405 - Staff Development(a) Direct service employees and their direct supervisors must receive relevant training or staff development on topics related to their job descriptions as family violence center employees.(b) Direct service supervisors should receive training that is relevant to the job descriptions of the people they supervise.(c) Training may be provided electronically.26 Tex.
