Section 371.1601 - Applicability(a) Unless otherwise provided, this subchapter applies to all administrative actions and sanctions imposed by the OIG and arising out of an investigation of fraud, waste, or abuse.(b) This subchapter does not apply to system recoupments or other administrative or clerical corrections.1 Tex.
