Section 354.1671 - DSRIP Requirements for Uncompensated Care Hospitals

An Uncompensated Care hospital must participate in an annual learning collaborative and report on mandatory Category 4 domains as described in § RSA 354.1633(e)(1) of this subchapter (relating to DSRIP Requirements for Performers).
