Section 0800-02-17-.12 - RECOVERY OF PAYMENTNothing in these Rules shall preclude the recovery of payment already made for services and bills which may later be found to have been medically paid at an amount which exceeds the maximum allowable payment. Likewise, nothing in these Rules shall preclude any provider from receiving additional payment for services or supplies if it is properly due that provider and does not exceed the amount allowed by these Rules.
