Section 0780-02-10-.03 - RECORDS

Accurate records of all inspections, corrections, and notifications made pursuant to this chapter shall be kept and retained for at least two (2) years in the offices of the respective building owners. The records shall contain:

(a) a brief description of each activity, event, performance, etc., including date, time, and location;
(b) the name and signature of the person who performed each requirement of this chapter; and
(c) the date and time when each requirement was performed.

Such records shall be made available upon request to the State Fire Marshal, his deputies, or assistants.
