Section 74:36:05:06 - Standard for issuance of a Part 70 operating permit

A Part 70 operating permit must include reasonable conditions, including adherence to plans and specifications, to assure compliance with the act, the Clean Air Act, and any other conditions justified under SDCL 34A-1-19.
