Meetings of the board of directors shall be held on call of the chairman or the adjutant general. The board shall conduct its business during scheduled meetings. Minutes of each meeting shall be taken by the secretary. Decisions of the board shall be decided only when a quorum is present to vote and then by majority vote of the members present. The secretary shall submit a copy of the minutes of each meeting, after approval of the board of directors, to the adjutant general.
