Section 41:09:04:17 - Conviction for violation may be cause for revocation and non-renewal of bait dealer license

A conviction for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of SDCL 41-6-44 through 41-6-45.1 by a bait dealer, or a bait dealer's agent, or employee, may be cause for immediate revocation of the bait dealer's current license and serve as the basis for the department's refusal to issue a license to the bait dealer for the calendar year following the year of conviction.
