Section 41:07:01:13 - Snagging prohibited - Foul-hooked fish

Intentional snagging of fish with any fishing tackle is prohibited except as otherwise specifically allowed by rule. Fish foul-hooked while fishing in a conventional manner may be retained as part of the legal limit.
