The commission reserves the right to prohibit the acceptance of any sports bets and may order the cancellation of sports bets and require refunds on any sporting event or other event category, event, or wager type for which wagering would be contrary to the public policies of the state.
If it is determined that a licensee or sports wagering services provider has offered an unauthorized or prohibited event category, event, or wager type, the licensee or sports wagering services provider must immediately cancel and refund all sports bets associated with the unauthorized or prohibited event category, event, or wager type.
The licensee or sports wagering services provider must notify the commission promptly after canceling and refunding the sports bets.
