Section 12:22:02:04 - Loan amounts

The total of all loans to any borrower may not exceed the lesser of:

(1) $250,000; or

(2) Seventy-five percent of the total project cost.

No more than 25 percent of the VAARP loan fund may be used for loans that exceed $150,000.
