Section 12:17:05:04 - Future dairy farms and milk plants

Plans for the construction of all milkhouses, milking barns, stables, parlors, transfer stations, receiving stations, and milk plants regulated under this article which are to be constructed, reconstructed, or extensively altered shall be submitted to the secretary for written approval before construction is begun.
