Section 93-60 - Board of Examiners; Officers and DutiesA. The Board shall elect annually from among its members a chairman and vice-chairman who together shall constitute the executive committee.B. The chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall sign all official documents of the Board, unless otherwise assigned to the Executive Director.
