Section 89-300 - Declaratory RulingA. Any person may petition the Council for a declaratory ruling as to the applicability of any statutory provision or the content of administrative forms or of any rule or order of the South Carolina Mining Council.B. Such a petition shall be in written form and addressed to the Chairman of the Council.C. A decision on the petition shall be issued in written form within sixty days of receipt of the petition, provided that this period may be extended with the written approval of the petitioner.
