Section 79-25 - Standard of ConductA. No licensee shall aid or abet an unlicensed person to evade the provisions of the Act or Regulations: knowingly combine or conspire with, or act as an agent, partner, or associate for an unlicensed person.B. No licensee shall use dual sets of contracts, written or otherwise, which would falsify the transaction by stating a sales price higher than the actual sales price in an effort to obtain a larger loan from any lender or lending institution or in any way providing intentional misinformation to any governmental agency.Added by State Register Volume 29, Issue No. 2, eff February 25, 2005.
