Section 79-18 - Retail Dealer Supervision of EmployeesA. A retail dealer shall adequately supervise and control employees. The failure of a retail dealer to undertake appropriate corrective action within a reasonable period of time after that retail dealer has actual knowledge of a violation of the Act or Regulations by an employee shall be prima facie proof of inadequate supervision and control.B. A licensee's obligation to comply with the Act and Regulations shall not be altered by any contract or agreement between the licensee and his employees, agents or subcontractors.C. Failure to comply with the provisions of this regulation may, after opportunity for hearing, result in a license denial, revocation or suspension.Added by State Register Volume 29, Issue No. 2, eff February 25, 2005.
