Section 72-435 - Commission ResponsibilitiesA. The Commission shall retain the plan six months after completion of the project.B. The Commission has the responsibility to investigate any complaint of violation against the Department for violating the plans submitted.C. The Commission shall contact the Department to resolve any complaint. If the Commission and Department can not resolve the problem, the complainant may follow the procedure listed in R.72-440.D. The Commission shall provide assistance with plan development, inspection, and enforcement as requested by the Department.Added by State Register Volume 17, Issue No. 5, Part 3, eff May 28, 1993.
