Section 67-416 - Electronic Data InterfaceA. All insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insureds, self-insured funds, and the State Accident Fund reporting coverage, accident, and claims information to the Commission shall report such information using electronic interchange standards prescribed by the Commission.B. Failure to comply with the Commission's prescribed electronic data interchange standard shall result in the assessment of fines in accordance with R.67-1401.Added by State Register Volume 21, Issue No. 4, eff April 25, 1997.
