Section 52-718 - Confidentiality of ProceedingsA. The Respondent may waive the confidentiality of the proceeding in writing filed with the Commission.B. The requirements of confidentiality do not apply to the following: (1) Providing the identity of the Complainant to the Respondent.(2) Disclosing information by the Commission or its staff necessary to conduct an investigation and hearing, to issue subpoenas, and any other action related to the contested case proceedings.(3) Referring or releasing information to another prosecuting authority.C. After the final disposition of a matter where a violation is found, the Commission shall prepare a public record which shall consist of the pleadings and record of the hearing.
