Section 52-209 - Motions and Other PapersA. Any application to the Commission for an order shall be made by motion and state with particularity the grounds and relief or order sought.B. The requirement of writing is fulfilled if the motion is stated in a written notice of motion. The rules applicable to captions and other matters of form provided by the S.C.
